1. Repair the car
1) if the bolt bearing hole is worn, the roundness error is more than 1.5mm or the tire bolt bearing surface is not balanced, it can be repaired by surfacing welding.
2) the cracks between bolt holes or between large holes can be repaired by welding.
3) if the spokes and rim joints are out of welding or rivet loose, should be re-welding or riveting.
4) if there are cracks on the rim, it can be repaired by welding.
2. Repair the wheel hub
1) when the wear of inner and outer bearing seat hole of wheel hub is more than 0.05mm, it should be repaired by chrome plating.
2) the oil seal seat hole is not evenly worn or has a dent of more than 0.15mm, which can be repaired by welding.
3) the circumferential surface in contact with the brake hub should be flat. When the round beat of the hub center line is larger than 0.1mm, it should be repaired by turning.
4) when the brake hub of the wheel hub is cracked, the groove can be welded and turned flat.
5) if the thread in the hole of fixed half-shaft bolt is damaged, it can be surmounted and then drilled and tapped again.
6) when the runout of the end face in contact with the semi-axon edge is no more than 0.1mm, it should be modified.
3. Tire damage and repair
Forklift tires have pneumatic tires and solid tires. Tire inflation pressure must be in accordance with the original factory standards, not too high or too low. Too high will reduce the tire elasticity, line layer is easy to break. Too low air pressure will cause severe deformation of the tire, temperature increase, resulting in degluing or fracture, may also make the outer tire in the rim to move wear ring, serious inner tube valve mouth will be torn.
(1) if there are cracks, holes, blisters, delamination and other injuries in the external tire, it shall be repaired or renovated according to the specific situation.
When there are continuous cracks around the body, the tread gum has been polished and there is a big hole, the tread line layer has a ring fracture and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced.
(2) when the inner tube is found to have holes, hot or cold filling can be carried out.
1) hot filling: file the rough inner tube around the damaged part, paste the fire filling glue on the damaged part, and make the broken hole just in the center of the filling glue. Then, put the tire filling clip on the normalizing filling glue, tighten the screw and press the heating agent on the fire filling glue, and then ignite the heating agent on the fire filling glue.
2) raw glue repair (cold repair) : file the inner tube around the tear, apply raw glue, and then apply secondary glue after the surface of the glue is slightly dry. When the glue is dried, attach the prepared raw glue to the tear, apply pressure and heat it at 140-145℃ for 10-20min to vulcanize the raw glue. After cooling, it can be bonded tightly.
The inner tube is folded, broken and can not be repaired. Aging, sticky metamorphism; Deformation, tear too much can be scrapped for a new.
